OuKang Sealed Primer was formulated by using the main material of Acrylic copolymer emulsion ，additives imported， and water-cement materials. It has such super properties as good adhesion, water resistance, and alkali resistance. It can reduce the amount of finish, and increase the life expectancy of topcoat when used with interior and exterior walls topcoat.

1. The primed area should be clean, dry, and free of grease, dust and loose material: Stir emulsion well before use.
2. Apply one coat of OuKang Sealed Primer emulsion in less than 80% humidity and under more than 5 °C temperature
3. This product is non-hazardous goods, which is green paint and no poisonous .Stored in warehouse under the temperature 5°C -40 °C. No freezing and exposure in transportation.
