The High-grade exterior wall latex paint was formulated through high-temperature by using the main material of Acrylic copolymer emulsion and imported rutile titanium dioxide. It is a kind of super quality latex paint.

　　Spreading Capacity：This will vary depending on the porosity of the substrate and the density. But on a relatively non-absorbent surface 10 sq. m per litre per coat (dry film thickness of 40 microns) can be obtained.
　　Thinning：recommend no dilution. If need, dilute it with no more than 10% of clean water by Volume. Do not over thin the paint. The dilution ratio can be adjusted appropriately according to the coats.

　　Application Hints & Notes：

1. The surface should be clean, dry, and free of grease, dust and loose material. As a poor level of solid substrate, primer should be used for cover.
2. Apply 2 coats of High-grade Exterior Wall latex Paint at an interval of minimum 4 hrs between the coats by brush, roller or conventional spray .Do not apply when the humidity is above 80% and temperature below 5 ° C.
3. Do not apply exterior wall latex paint simultaneously with polyurethane paint.
